Who is Barbara?
For Barbara Huffert, reading has always been a favourite pastime. A few years ago, she started her first novel after one of the friends she trades books with challenged her to write something better than the last book they read. Barbara’s been writing ever since. With her three opinionated cats sprawled wherever is most inconvenient, she now spends her days happily wandering through the worlds of her characters.

What is Barbara doing at the moment?

Not too long ago, I decided to do what I often encourage others to do, be an adventure. I left my traditional, eight-hours-a-day, five-days-a-week job and rediscovered the meaning of freedom. Honestly, I have no idea where life’s journey will take me but I can tell already that it is going to be interesting. One thing I am sure of is that I’ll keep writing no matter where I end up simply because I enjoy it so much. Presently, I’m dividing my time between putting the finishing touches on a series I hope to share with you soon and my current WIP.
