What do I do if my password gets rejected?

Check to make sure that you have the correct password and that you are using correct lower/upper case as it is case sensitive. If that doesn’t work, you can request a reminder of your password to be emailed to you from the VIP login screen: VIP area






What do I do if I lose my password?

There is a password reminder form on the VIP area login page. If you enter the email address you registered with us a reminder of your password will be sent there.






I requested my password but didn't receive it?

There are two main reasons why you have not received your password.

  1. The email has been blocked
    1. Check your spam folder - occasionally legitimate emails are incorrectly flagged as spam
    2. Check that your Internet Service Provider isn't blocking emails on your behalf - certain ISP's provide an anti spam-service that can occasionally block legitimate emails.
  2. The email address on your account is incorrect - if you believe that this is the case then contact the support staff: help@total-e-bound.com






I paid for my book at PayPal but it's not on my bookshelf what should I do?

This happens when PayPal delays notification of your payment to the shop. Annoyingly they actually have taken payment at this point but have not passed the message on.

This situation usually resolves itself after a few minutes but occasionally can take a bit longer.

If you do not receive an email from our shop, or your books do not arrive in your bookshelf within one hour of purchase, please contact us at help@total-e-bound.com and we will investigate the delay immediately.
