Enabling Javascipt

WINDOWS

Firefox versions 1.0 and Above: 1. Select the "Tools" menu; 2. Select "Options..."; 3. Click on the "Content" tab.; 4. Click on the "Custom Level."; 5. Enable (check-mark) the "Enable JavaScript" line.; 6. Click "OK."
Internet Explorer 5.x and above: 1. Select the "Tools" menu; 2. Select "Internet Options..."; 3. Click on the "Security" tab.; 4. Click on the "Custom Level."; 5. Select the "Scripting" section.; 6. Enable (with the radio button) "Active Scripting."; 7. Click "OK."
Netscape 4.7 and above: 1. Select the "Edit" menu.; 2. Select "Preferences..."; 3. Expand "Advanced" in the Category tree view to the left.; 4. Select "Scripts & Plugins."; 5. Click the option Enable JavaScript for "Navigator."; 6. Click "OK."
Safari: 1. Click on "Safari" menu bar at the top of the window.; 2. From the drop menu, click on "Preferences"; 3. Select the "Security" tab; 4. Check the box for "Enable Javascript For"; 5. Click "Ok". The Preferences dialog will close and scripting is now enabled.
Opera: 1. Click on "Tools" menu bar at the top of the window.; 2. From the drop menu, click on "Preferences"; 3. Select the "Advanced" tab; 4. Check the box for "Enable Javascript"; 5. Click "Ok". The Preferences dialog will close and scripting is now enabled.

Apple

Macintosh OS X: Internet Explorer: 1. Select the "Explorer" menu.; 2. Select "Preferences..."; 3. Expand "Web Browser" option.; 4. Select the "Web Content" option.; 5. Click the option "Enable Scripting."; 6. Click "OK."
Macintosh OS X: Netscape 7.1: 1. Select the "Netscape" menu.; 2. Select "Preferences..."; 3. Expand "Advanced" in the Category tree view to the left.; 4. Select "Scripts & Plugins."; 5. Click the option Enable JavaScript for "Navigator."; 6. Click "OK."

Gift Voucher Email Format

Here you choose the format of the email.

HTML: Use this format unless the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to is experiencing problems receiving the email. This format will send an email with the gift voucher image along with your message.

Currency Selector

Here you can choose the show prices on this site in either GBP(Ł) or US Dollars($).

The exchange rate we use to calculate these currencies on our site is taken from PayPal's exchange rate mechanism. We use this rate in an effort for you to be able to see the worst case scenario for your chosen currency's rate of exchange. Please note these Rates are subject to change without notice. If you decide to pay by Credit/Debit Card you may find that you pay less then the projected basket total. This is because the actual exchange rate on your purchase will be set by your credit/debit card company or bank at their own rates.

Book Shelf

Here you can view your books that are available for you to download or to read from your account page (Please Note - Adobe Flash Player is required in order to read the books directly from the bookshelf).

How do I use it?: To scroll through your list of books just hover your mouse over the next and back buttons or over the far right/left hand side of the bookshelf. Click on a book's cover to view that book. You will then be able to read and download that book. Click on the bookcover a second time to return the book back onto the shelf.
What do I need in order to read books directly from my VIP page?: Firstly you will need to have Flash player installed and secondly you will need to have bought an electronic version of the book.

Gift Vouchers

To Buy Gift Vouchers -

Simply add the gift vouchers you require to your basket and purchase as normal.
After payment has been accepted your Gift Voucher will be available for you on the Gift Voucher table in your VIP area.

To send the Gift Voucher to someone-

Click the link on the right hand side of the Gift Vouchers table where it says 'To Send Gift Voucher [Click here]'
The sending form will open (if nothing happens when you click on the link see this help entry
Type in the recipients name, email address, your name and a message
Once you are happy with the message and are sure the email address is correct click send to email your Gift Voucher.
Once the email is sent you will see that the Gift Voucher table will be updated to reflect this

Simply browse through our online catalogue and select the products you wish to purchase by clicking the 'ADD' button. When you have selected everything you wish to purchase, click 'Basket' on the right hand side of the page and you will be taken to your basket.

On the Basket page you can enter the unique Gift Voucher code into the provided area. The will be deducted from the basket total.

On the secure checkout page, click on the Promotion Code section and input the unique code sent to you on the back of your hard copy Gift Voucher. This will redeem the value of the voucher from your order. You will be required to pay the outstanding balance using your credit or debit card details as normal.

If there is any remainder left on the Gift Voucher it can be used again until the redeemable amount reaches Zero.
