    3. The words "you", "your" or "yours" refer to Users of the Website who have signed up by registering the requisite information to enable them to buy E-books from the Website.

    5. The term "E-books" refers to all works published electronically and displayed on the Website containing literature which is of an adult nature and only suitable for persons aged 18 and above.
    6. The term "Print books" refers to all works published in Print available from the Website and containing literature which is of an adult nature and only suitable for persons aged 18 and above.
    7. The words "Customer" or "Customers" refer to any person or persons aged 18 and above buying one or more E-books from the Website.
    8. The words "Author" or "Authors" refer to the person or persons who have written the E-books available via the Website.
    9. The term "User" refers to anyone visiting the Website.

  2. Right to Amend Terms and Conditions
    1. Total-E-NTwined reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Terms and Conditions which are displayed on this Website at the time you are accessing this Website are those which shall apply to you and any transaction you may enter into on this Website. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will come into effect at the time they are posted on this Website. You are advised to check the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The last amendment date will be displayed at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions page of the Website.
  3. Content
    1. All users of the Website are aged 18 and above, but of both genders and differing ethnic origins. We therefore reserve the right to refuse to display any E-book or content that we deem to be unacceptable. All Author's descriptions, E-books and accompanying text are subject to approval by Total-E-NTwined.
    2. E-books will be of an adult nature and contain adult themes suitable only for persons aged 18 and above (or the age restriction for viewing content of an adult nature in the territory from which the Website is being viewed as per clause 16 below). By accepting these Terms and Conditions you hereby consent to viewing content of an adult nature and expressly waive any rights arising as a result of the content viewed or read in the E-books.
    3. If you are unable to confirm the content of clause 3(ii) above or unwilling to give the waiver as expressed therein, please do not proceed further and leave this Website immediately.
    4. Total-E-Ntwined also prohibits the use of this Website for any illegal activity.
    5. Total-E-Ntwined owns all content on this Website including logos, graphics and text, save in respect of all E-books and Print Books. The copyright in all the E-books and Print Books is owned by the respective Authors.
    6. You are prohibited from copying or reproducing all or any part of any images, artwork, graphics or other materials contained on this Website. Copying of any or part of any images, artwork, graphics or other materials on this Website will amount to infringement including, but not limited to, copyright infringement and/or infringement of registered designs.
  4. Availability
    1. This Website will be updated on a regular basis. This means that certain E-books and Print Books may not be available in the future, and any E-book or Print Book displayed on the Website is an invitation to treat and not an offer from Total-E-Ntwined to sell. However, your enquiries about an E-book or Print Book are always welcome via email to info@totalebound.com.
  5. Product Description
    1. The Authors are contracted to provide Total-E-Ntwined with accurate descriptions of themselves/their work and any E-books displayed on this Website. If a Customer requires any further information about a particular E-book, the Customer may contact Total-E-Ntwined.
  6. Purchases and Payments
    1. All purchases made via this Website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
    2. You must accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions before making any purchase from this Website.
    3. Prices are stated in US Dollars and GB Pounds.
    4. We accept payment using the following major cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Maestro, International Maestro, Solo and MasterCard.
    5. Our card payment service is provided by PayPal and Google Checkout. Total-E-Ntwined does not at any material time have access to customer card details.
  7. Download
    1. Total-E-Ntwined is responsible for facilitating the download of a Customer's purchased E-book.
    2. At the time of purchase of your E-book, you will receive confirmation of your purchase and will be informed of the following details:
      1. [products ordered;
      2. quantity; and
      3. customer reference number.]
  8. Limitation of Liability
    1. Total-E-Ntwined will not be liable in the event that any E-book is held or deemed to be an infringement of an earlier E-book.
    2. Total-E-Ntwined neither makes nor gives any representations or warranties expressed or implied as to the quality, suitability or authenticity of any E-book on this Website.
    3. In no event and under no circumstances will Total-E-Ntwined be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind however caused and whether arising under contract, tort or otherwise save that Total-E-Ntwined does not exclude liability for any personal injury or negligence.
    4. You agree to indemnify Total-E-Ntwined against any claims for infringement of any intellectual property rights brought by a third party as a result of your use of the E-book.
    5. You agree to indemnify Total-E-Ntwined against any losses or liabilities incurred directly by Total-E-Ntwined as a result of any breach or non-observance by you of any of these Terms and Conditions.
  9. Cancellation of an Order
    1. If a customer wishes to cancel an order the customer must email info@total-e-bound.com, giving all the details of the order BEFORE downloading the E-book. Total-E-Ntwined will deem this as written confirmation that the customer wishes to cancel the contract.
    2. In the event that Total-E-Ntwined receives the cancellation notice before the E-book has been downloaded, Total-E-Ntwined will arrange for a full refund of the amount paid to the account from which the payment was deducted.
    3. In the event that the E-book has already been downloaded, you will not be refunded the amount paid to Total-E-Ntwined.
    4. In the event that the E-book becomes unavailable before being downloaded, Total-E-Ntwined shall arrange for a full refund of the amount paid to the account from which the payment was deducted.
    5. A customer who has purchased an E-book from Total-E-Ntwined is given seven working days from the date of receipt to decide whether the customer wishes to return the E-book and obtain a refund. This is known as the cooling off period, and is provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If for any reason you decide not to keep the E-book within the cooling off period and subject to clauses 9(i) and 9(ii) above, you can return it and you will be refunded the price of the E-book.
  10. Contract
    1. Any E-book displayed on this Website is an invitation to treat. Initiating an order and continuing through to our shopping basket is deemed an offer to purchase the E-book in question from this Website.
    2. Acceptance by Total-E-Ntwined takes place when you receive confirmation of your purchase in accordance with clause 7(ii), at which time a binding contract will be made between you and Total-E-Ntwined.
    3. Total-E-Ntwined reserves the right to refuse any offer to purchase E-books by a customer.

    1. Total-E-NTwined Limited (“the Company” “Total-E-NTwined”) is committed to ensuring that customers’ (“you” “your”) privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how we intend to and will use the data we collect about you on www.totalebound.com (“the Website”), how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that data and the procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.
    2. The information we collect and how we use it
      1. New Customer registration When you first visit the Website, before you can finish an order you would be required to register as a member. During this registration we collect personal data including your name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number ("Customer Information").

        We gather Customer Information to allow us to process your orders, and to collect payment when required. The relevant data is then used by us to communicate with you on any matter relating to your order and use of the service.

        Customer Information will be stored on our servers in a database for the duration of your registration, after which time they will be archived and the financial components will be kept for seven years in line with financial regulation.

        We do not store debit/credit card details and each time you place an order you would be prompted to enter your payment details.
