My Vampire Lover

by J.P. Bowie My Vampire Lover

Book two in the My Vampire and I Series

Ron is living a ho-hum life in West Hollywood when he meets Jean-Claude, an enigmatic Frenchman with some mysterious habits.

Finding himself becoming more and more attracted to Jean-Claude and loving the sexual relatiosnhip they very quickly indulge in, Ron is nevertheless puzzled by Jean-Claude's reticence and, at times, odd behaviour.

When he finds Jean-Claude lying in a back alley stabbed through the chest, the secret is revealed - and Ron's life is changed forever.

MY VAMPIRE LOVER is full of surprises and kept me quite entertained. Kudos to J.P. Bowie for another paranormal adventure, and I am hoping for many more to come.

If vampires really existed, man I'd love to meet these guys! In My Vampire and I and now in My Vampire Lover J.P. Bowie's vampires are no monsters but tall, dark and handsome - and need I add sexy men who with just one bite will have you on your knees in no time.
Long after reading these stories I still daydream about Marcus and Jean-Claude, the two hot vampires who are looking for mortal lovers.
Roger and Ron, the two mortals lucky enough to be the chosen ones, are unable and unwilling to resist the allure of these not-so-typical vampires. And who could blame them?! I particularly liked the almost human-like vulnerability displayed at times by both vampires - and often wondered just who is under whose spell. Mortal or vampire?
Roger's quick wit and comic take on life in general, plus his ability to be in the wrong place at the wrong time offers a humorous twist to these fast paced stories.
Can't wait for another 'byte'.
